Fruit salad - Fruit in full color, peeled and chopped, impossible to reject! Pack of vitamins, minerals, and fibre served in their own juices.
Beetroot Salad - Beetroot and Vegetable Salad served with a simple Vinaigrette dressing.
Beetroot and Avocado Salad, Mix Herbs served with Olive Oil and Lemon dressing.
This is a chopped salad for multiple variations in Spain, in some areas is mashed becoming almost a soup (Gazpacho), in others they may add other ingredients such as olives, garlic, celery, cucumber or lettuce. Used too for The Vinaigrette it is based on 3 ingredients: tomatoes, peppers, and onions. Can be add as a base in seafood such as octopus, mussels in cold plates.
